These terms and conditions govern the coaching and mentoring services provided by Goddess Kamanii ("the Coach") to individuals or organizations ("the Client"). By engaging in coaching services, the Client agrees to these terms, constituting a contract for the services provided by Goddess Kamanii.
1. Scope of Services:
Coaching encompasses Self-Awareness, life coaching, and personal coaching, which may include mentoring or supervision.
Services are designed to assist clients in processing trauma resulting from Narcissistic Abuse, promoting understanding and resilience.
2. Agreement Acknowledgment:
The Client confirms understanding and agreement with these terms before commencing coaching services.
3. Coaching Disclaimer:
- Coaching services are no substitute for professional mental health or medical care.
- Clients are responsible for their well-being and decisions.
- Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.
4. Data Protection:
Client information is treated confidentially, except where required by law or to prevent harm.
5. Data Security:
Technology usage carries inherent risks, and clients accept these risks in communication.
6. Waiver:
Clients release the Coach from claims arising from coaching services.
7. Terms & Conditions:
Coaching sessions are scheduled mutually, with recommendations provided by Goddess Kamanii.
Payment terms, session format, and fees are outlined for clarity and understanding.
8. Confidentiality:
Client information is confidential unless required by law.
9. Early Termination:
Goddess Kamanii may terminate services early in exceptional circumstances, with notice provided to the Client.
10. Responsibilities:
While Goddess Kamanii seeks to support clients in achieving desired outcomes, clients are responsible for decisions and actions.
11. Variation of Terms:
Changes to terms require mutual agreement between Goddess Kamanii and the Client, with notice provided.
12. Governing Law:
This contract is governed by English law, with exclusive jurisdiction in English courts.
13. Feedback:
Client feedback is valued and can be provided during coaching sessions or via email to Goddess@TheDurgaHealing.life.
Digital Products:
- We strive to deliver your digital purchases promptly. For assistance, please reach out to us via email or phone.
- If you're dissatisfied with your digital purchase, contact us with the reason, and we'll issue a full refund upon request.
Physical Products:
We endeavor to deliver your physical purchases promptly. If they are not received within a reasonable time (2 weeks to 4 weeks), contact us for assistance. If you're unhappy with your physical purchase, please email or phone us to request a refund, providing the reason, and we'll issue a full refund.
Life Coaching Services:
- No refunds are available for delivered services.
- A full refund will be issued upon contacting us for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee deducted from the refund.
Workshops and Public Speaking:
- No refunds are provided for services already delivered.
- Due to preparation and expenses involved, refunds for workshops and public speaking engagements are assessed case-by-case. Contact us via email or phone to discuss fair refund options.
